Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork loin or tenderloin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
Instructions
- Place pork in the slow cooker.
- Mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over the pork.
- Add water or chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove pork and shred.
- Strain the liquid and simmer in a saucepan until thickened.
- Toss shredded pork in the glaze before serving.

- Use pork loin for a leaner option.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing brown sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
