- 6 cups stale bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- Add the cubed stale bread to the mixture and gently fold until the bread is fully coated.
- Allow the bread to soak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour the bread mixture into the prepared slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until the pudding is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
