Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Egg noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
  3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour.
  7. Stir sour cream mixture into the slow cooker.
  8. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Serve over egg noodles.
