A hearty slow cooker beef stroganoff made with tender beef and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Egg noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour.
- Stir sour cream mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute chicken for beef.
