  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Place the beef in the slow cooker and add the broth, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.

Notes
