Ingredients

- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Slice the rib steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and black pepper.
- Add the steak strips to the mixture and coat evenly.
- Place the steak in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
