- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the steak bites to a slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak bites in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can substitute sirloin with ribeye or flank steak.
