Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- In a slow cooker, layer potatoes and beef.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then pour over beef and potatoes.
- Add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- Stir once halfway through cooking if possible.
