- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season the beef short ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs in a slow cooker.
- Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Serve hot with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra smokiness, add a dash of liquid smoke.
- Shred the meat for sandwiches if preferred.
