- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
