Ingredients

- 2 sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix butter, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make herb butter. Set aside.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Top each steak with a spoonful of herb butter before serving.

- Let steaks rest before slicing to retain juices.
- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
