Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
