- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the trimmed asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and bright green.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
