Ingredients
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – 2 pounds potatoes, 4 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup milk
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts – 1 pound Brussels sprouts, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper
- Caesar Salad – 1 head romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, croutons
- Yorkshire Pudding – 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup beef drippings
- Honey Glazed Carrots – 1 pound carrots, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender, then mash with garlic, butter, and milk.
- Trim Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Chop romaine, toss with Caesar dressing, cheese, and croutons.
- Mix flour, milk, and eggs for Yorkshire pudding, pour into hot drippings, and bake until puffed.
- Peel and slice carrots, cook with honey and butter until tender.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve sides hot alongside the prime rib.
