- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when done.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
