- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in 1 tbsp butter until soft.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Cook until shrimp turns pink, then set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt remaining butter, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Spread a thin layer of white sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, shrimp, white sauce, and mozzarella cheese, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
