Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Drain and chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate shrimp in lime juice for 20 minutes.
- Add red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt.
- Gently fold in avocado just before serving.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or tostadas.
