A delicious and hearty dish combining shrimp, steak, and fried rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add beaten eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Return steak, shrimp, and scrambled eggs to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
