Shredded chicken tacos made in a crockpot for easy preparation.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in tortillas and top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use store-bought salsa for convenience.
- Can add avocado for extra flavor.
