Ingredients

- 2 pounds of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the broth.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This chicken works well in salads, tacos, and sandwiches.
