Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve as desired.
