Delicious sheet pan nachos loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions (usually adding water and simmering).
- On a large sheet pan, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle black beans and corn on top of the beef.
- Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add jalapeño slices if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add diced tomatoes and green onions on top.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings like olives, peppers, or different cheeses.
- For extra crunch, add fresh toppings like lettuce or avocado after baking.
- Make it vegetarian by substituting ground beef with black beans or lentils.
