Description

A simple and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring lemon garlic butter salmon with asparagus. Quick to prepare and easy to clean up.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb), trimmed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the asparagus on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with half the melted butter, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining butter, sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper, and top with lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the asparagus is tender.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  6. Serve warm with extra lemon wedges if desired.
