Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a savory sesame ginger sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and add honey and red pepper flakes.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add cashews or peanuts.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
  • Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing red pepper flakes.
