- 1 tsp cumin

- 4 whole wheat pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully done.
- Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Warm the pita bread briefly in a toaster or oven.
- Fill each pita with cooked chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the filling.
- Fold the pita and serve immediately.

- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Swap Greek yogurt with tahini for a nutty taste.
