A quick and delicious seafood stir fry packed with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
