Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
