A delightful and flavorful seafood spaghetti recipe loaded with fresh seafood and a rich tomato sauce.

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook until seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
- Feel free to use your favorite seafood mix.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
