  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook until seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
