- 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 red chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped shallots, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped red chilies and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the seafood with your favorites or whatever is in season.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer chilies.
