A quick and delicious seafood mix stir-fry packed with flavors and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and scallops)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
