  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
