- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops
- 1 cup calamari, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy seafood sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
