- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab legs, cooked
- 1 pound small potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cocktail sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables, then transfer to a large serving platter.
- Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice, and sprinkle with fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with cocktail sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the Old Bay seasoning according to your taste preference.
- Feel free to add other seafood such as mussels or clams for variety.
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the seasoning.
