Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice zucchinis into 1/2-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of zucchini steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Place zucchini steaks on a baking sheet.
- Top each steak with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden.
- Serve warm.
