Description

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in butter, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Toss until well-coated and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
