- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, spinach, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
