- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine flour, butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, jalapeno, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pulse until dough forms a coarse crumb texture.
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and shape into a log about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
