Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix milk, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer bread, sausage, and cheese.
- Pour the milk mixture over the layers.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden.
