- 4 sausages (your choice of type)
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Toss sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 25 minutes.
- Grill sausages, turning occasionally, until fully cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
- Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a small saucepan, combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Slice sausages and serve with roasted sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus. Drizzle honey garlic sauce over the dish.
Notes
- You can use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the sauce.
