- 1–2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the lime juice and mix well.
- Season with salt and cumin, if using. Adjust to taste.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
