Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt butter.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice and lemon zest, then baste the salmon with the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
