Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
