Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked potatoes back to the skillet, mixing well.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
  9. Serve hot.

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
