Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 squares of chocolate (such as milk chocolate or dark chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (optional, for grilling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium heat.
  2. Break the graham crackers in half to create rectangles, yielding 8 pieces.
  3. On 4 of the graham cracker halves, place a square of chocolate.
  4. Toast the marshmallows over the heat until golden brown and gooey.
  5. Place 1 toasted marshmallow on each chocolate-topped graham cracker half.
  6. Top each with a second graham cracker half to create a sandwich.
  7. If desired, spread a little butter on the outsides of the S’mores for a crispy finish, then grill each side for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
