Delicious homemade S’mores made with layers of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 8 graham crackers
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 squares of chocolate (such as milk chocolate or dark chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (optional, for grilling)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium heat.
- Break the graham crackers in half to create rectangles, yielding 8 pieces.
- On 4 of the graham cracker halves, place a square of chocolate.
- Toast the marshmallows over the heat until golden brown and gooey.
- Place 1 toasted marshmallow on each chocolate-topped graham cracker half.
- Top each with a second graham cracker half to create a sandwich.
- If desired, spread a little butter on the outsides of the S’mores for a crispy finish, then grill each side for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a twist, try using flavored chocolate or adding peanut butter between the graham crackers.
- Experiment with different types of marshmallows, such as flavored or mini marshmallows.
