- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham crackers for dipping
- Additional marshmallows for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium oven-safe dish, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until well mixed.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate chips are melted.
- Remove the dish from the oven and stir the melted chocolate until smooth.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra touch, broil the marshmallows for 1-2 minutes after baking to get them extra toasted.
- Feel free to mix in some peanut butter or caramel for a different flavor twist.
