Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
