  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 onion, quartered

Instructions

  1. Preheat your rotisserie grill to 375°F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a bowl.
  5. Season the chicken inside and out with the spice mix.
  6. Stuff the chicken cavity with lemon halves, garlic, and onion.
  7. Secure the chicken on the rotisserie spit.
  8. Cook for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
