Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
