- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
