Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
- Pour apple cider into the skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, coat potato fries with cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat vegetable oil in a separate pan. Fry potatoes until crispy, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve chicken with crispy fries and drizzle pan juices on top.
