Rich and fudgy brownies stuffed with Rolo candies for a gooey caramel surprise in every bite.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 Rolo candies, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Place Rolos evenly over the batter.
- Cover with the remaining batter, spreading gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies.
- Rolos can be substituted with other caramel-filled chocolates.
