Description

A savory dish combining roasted steak with tender gnocchi in a quick stir-fry.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss steak slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil gnocchi for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  4. Heat butter in a pan, sauté garlic and bell peppers for 3 minutes.
  5. Add roasted steak and cooked gnocchi to the pan.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

  • Use pre-cooked gnocchi for faster preparation.
