A savory dish combining roasted steak with tender gnocchi in a quick stir-fry.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss steak slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 10 minutes.
- Boil gnocchi for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan, sauté garlic and bell peppers for 3 minutes.
- Add roasted steak and cooked gnocchi to the pan.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked gnocchi for faster preparation.
- Adjust soy sauce based on preference.
