Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the small red potatoes into halves.
- In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until potatoes are fully coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
